Buying land is hard to do in today's market unless you are in very good financial condition.
Banks have tightened their reins and generally want to see a significant down payment, i.e. 25% minimum, ample cash or liquid asset reserves, plus excellent income and credit.
Owner (or seller) financing has always been the best way to buy or sell land, and we have a large list of properties with flexible seller financing terms.
